From: Annotation, phylogenetics, and expression of the nuclear receptors in Daphnia pulex
Nuclear receptor RT-PCR products. Products were generated using cDNA produced from total RNA extracts of adult female D. pulex and nuclear receptor-specific primers described in Table 2. All presented amplifications were performed as described in the Methods except for results in lanes 8-11 for which the amount of template cDNA was 2 ml with 40 amplification cycles.
