Percentages were calculated by the formula, 100 × number of differentially expressed genes/total number of immune-related genes assayed. +, increasing after VHSV infection. -, decreasing after VHSV infection. B) Represents the differential fin transcript levels together with their gene short names that increased >2-fold and p < 0.05 in both Q-PCR and oligo microarrays.
