(A) Normal morphology of control pig lung; (B) robust interstitial pneumonia of the lung with marked thickening of alveolar septa accompanied by significant infiltration of immune cells; (C) emphysema in the lung; (D) most of the viral antigen (brown) was detected in alveolar cells; (E) and in bronchiolar epithelial cells in lesions.
