Two methods of cut-off ¹, FDR (false discovery rate) and 2-fold changes compared to untreated controls, are shown. HNF4 shRNA only² (Category A) denotes that gene expressions are significantly changed by HNF4α shRNA, but not by cytokines. HNF4 shRNA+Cytokines³ indicate that gene expressions are significantly changed by both HNF4α shRNA and cytokines, including the additive (Category C) and interactive (Category D) effects.
