The differences in the shape of the GO pattern (continuous mark line) are due to divergence in the number of transcripts grouped to each Gene Class (biological process) under both PGN challenges; the black line shows the GO pattern for PGN-O111:B4 and the grey line shows the GO pattern for PGN-K12 treatment.
