Dataset 1 corresponds to the list of 1981 total target genes predicted for miR-128a, miR-196a and miR-142-3p; dataset 2 includes 676 genes differentially expressed in microarray analysis in all HCV clones as compared to Huh-7 cells. The number of predicted target genes differentially expressed in microarray analysis was 83, and 37 (44, 5%) showed an expression level inversely correlated with that of the corresponding miR.
