The orthologs were identified by reciprocal best BLASTP matches using the predicted amino acid sequences of C. resistens proteins. The detected genomic rearrangements are labeled; the positions of the prophages ΦCRES I and ΦCRES II in the chromosome of C. resistens DSM 45100 are marked.
