Phylogenetic tree of the nine representative TZF RNA binding proteins. The unrooted tree was inferred by MEGA 4.0 with neighbor-joining method after the alignment of the full-length amino acid sequences of the nine genes selected. The number beside the branches represents bootstrap value based on 1,000 replications. The scale bar corresponds to 0.2 estimated amino acid substitutions per site.
