Differentially expressed genes in COS-5.44 resistant yeast overexpressing strains in the presence of COS-5.44. One thousand two hundred and twenty genes showed a significant change in expression in at least one of the overexpressing strains compared with the wild type (P-value ≤ 0.05 and log2 fold change ≥ 1 or ≤ − 1).
