The circles represent the LPP-1 genomes of the Pantoea strains (from inside to outside): 1. P. agglomerans E325, 2. P. agglomerans MP2, 3. P. agglomerans IG1, 4. P. agglomerans SL1_M5, 5. P. vagans MP7, 6. P. vagans C9-1, 7. P. eucalypti αB and 8. P. anthophila Sc1. CDS in the flexible portion of Group I pan-genome are colored dark blue, while those in conserved among all Group I LPP-1 genomes are colored light blue.
