Curves are dashed and grey in non-QTL regions and coloured in red for inferred QTL regions. b) and c) show the two major QTL on GGA1 and GGA27 detected in our study to illustrate the consistent peaks among different traits. For those traits with coherent records throughout the whole growth period, only the ones representing different growth stages are included.
