Histograms representing the percentages of CDS classified by functional COG category for STM 2683 (A) and STM 4661 (B) in the total set of CDS (black bars), in the Zinc or Cadmium treatments when compared to the control treatment (respectively light and dark grey bars). For a defined COG class, grey bars above the black ones indicate that upon metal treatment, the corresponding COG class contains a higher proportion of CDS that display differential regulation.
