Probes with high homology to a glycosyl hydrolase (Ghi.10603.1.S1_s_at), xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase 32 (GraAffx.27319.1.S1_s_at) and TCP20 (GhiAffx.1589.25.S1_s_at) were selected due to the altered regulation in the Li 1 mutant, proximity to the mutation, and potential role in elongation.
