  1. For each plant, the percentage of SNPs present as heterozygous alleles compared to the total number of SNPs was calculated. YF1, YF2, and YF3 plants were randomly selected from the field site; YC3 was derived from a bulked pool of seeds collected at the field site; SC1, SC2, SC3, YC1, and YC2 were derived from single seed descent procedures.
