Transcripts with ANOVA t test p-values ≥0.05 were removed from the initial list and the resulting data were analyzed using STEM to average the fold change values based on the median of fold changes for genes with multiple probe sets. ProbeSets with different fold change values combined with ANOVA t test p-values ≤0.05 were considered for this analysis.
