Relative inhibition of immediate-early gene expression in the presence of CHX (R i-CHX ). Inhibitory effect of CHX on gene expression (Ri-CHX) at t = 2, 4 and 6 hpi. Only the four ORFs that exhibited no significant inhibition of gene expression are shown (ORF1, ORF6A, ORF127 and ORF 131).
