(C) One representative example showing relocation of four genes to region Nc9. Orthologs of four F. verticillioides genes (FVEG_01044, FVEG_01043, FVEG_01042 and FVEG_01041) were not identified in the collinear chromosomal region, but were found in region Nc9 of F. graminearum.
