The clustering was provided by Exiqon Services (Denmark) and carried out using the complete-linkage method together with the euclidean distance measure. Differentially expressed miRNAs chosen with an adjusted P-value < 0.05. Each row represents an individual miRNA and each column represents a sample. The miRNA clustering tree is shown on the left.
