Determined for genes differentially regulated between control (± FSH) and TNFα (± FSH)-treated granulosa cells (n = 527 probe sets, 379 genes mapped to IPA). In (A) the bar charts represent the percentage of genes from the dataset that map to each canonical pathway in IPA (up regulated in red and down regulated in blue for TNFα (± FSH)-treated granulosa cells). The line chart ranks the pathways derived from the highest to lowest degree (bottom to top) of association based on the value of a Benjamini-Hochberg test for multiple corrections. In (B) the bar charts represent the percentage of differentially-regulated genes between control (± FSH) and TNFα (± FSH)-treated granulosa cells. Only the most specific subcategories of GO terms under biological process which were considered significant by the Benjamini-Yuketeli test (P < 0.05) were ranked.
