Association mapping QTLs (AM-QTLs) for time to heading in the Mediterranean regions reported on the tetraploid SSR and DArT® marker consensus map. AM-QTLs are reported as red bars (significance intervals) on the left side of the chromosomes. Red thin wiskers extending the red bars corresponds to the confidence intervals (CIs) of AM-QTLs. Projected QTL confidence intervals from previous studies are reported as vertical bars of various colors other than red.
