The number of molecules per gene hybridized to the array varied between 5.8 × 105 – 7.8 × 1010 with respect to the reference sample. The reliability threshold in terms of minimum number of molecules per gene applied to arrays for 250 cells, 6.8 × 108, was six times higher than the threshold for 1000 cells.
