Graphic representation of linkage groups RT1 to RT9. Groups are numbered as in Nichols et al. (2003). Map distances are given in centiMorgan using recombination percentage between loci. Loci with names in blue italic type were used for centromere mapping in the meiogenetic line. Recombination fraction for these loci are given. Putative interval of centromere localisations are materialized by black areas. Loci in bold type are those of the framework map.*: marker informative in INRA1 only; **: marker informative in INRA2 only.
