Tissue distribution of the genes by RT-PCR analysis in various tissues of adult male mice. All of the genes were specifically or predominantly expressed in the epididymis. Estimation of intensity of bands amplified using primers specific to the glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (G3PDH) gene indicates the equivalent amounts of cDNA template in each tissue.
