This plot shows on the X axis the multiplicative variability between the arrays, and on the Y axis the average value of the frequency of genotyping errors. Symbols indicate the methods: squares refer to the direct Two-Array Method; diamonds refer to TAMGeS. For multiplicative variability greater than 1.8, the genotyping performance of TAMGeS results significantly better than that of direct Two-Array Method.
