Each value is represented as the percentage of the highest value in each experiment (DNA microarray or real-time RT-PCR) in all experimental groups (red for females; blue for males; black for androgen-treated females). For each gene, the correlation coefficient R and colorized vectors of microarray and real-time RT-PCR values are given.
