The red line represents the mean NXScore across the top 10% most tissue specific genes, i.e. those with the narrowest tissue distribution, the green line represents the mean across the top 20%, i.e. a grouping of slightly wider distribution genes, and the blue line represents the mean across all the 19055 genes sampled.
