GO terms were obtained using the online tool, FatiGO [34]. The 'n' denotes the number of genes containing the same GO term, and the percentage represents the ratio of the number of genes annotated with the same GO term versus the total number of genes with GO annotation (some genes do not have GO information and many genes have multiple GO annotations).
