The color code is the same as for figure 1A. These predictions were based on previous ChIP-chip results [30]. (B): Expression patterns of genes encoding transcription factors involved in stress response pathways. Full results are presented in additional file 1. Wild-type cells were treated with selenite and gene expression was evaluated by microarray analyses at different time points, using untreated cells as a reference.
