Analysis of test iDC samples (including vehicle control [+DMSO only]) involved comparing the treatment values with untreated values (i.e., zero hour-treated). The left panel shows the heat map of the resulting clustered gene expression. The number of genes involved and the mean profile for each cluster is in the right panel. The mean profile was superimposed with error bars showing ± 1 standard error of the mean.
