  1. A few corrections in Table 3

    After publication, we found that there were some mistakes in the Table 3. Detailed corrections are as follows. However, the overall results and conclusion of our paper do not change. We are sorry for our mistakes.

    - CHB+JPT row & HAP CNVR count column : 990 => 495

    - CEU row & HAP CNVR count column : 970 => 485

    - CHB+JPT row & HAP CNV size(bp) : 361,340,796 => 180,670,398

    - CEU row & HAP CNV size(bp) : 358,358,246 => 179,179,123

    - CHB+JPT row & KOR-HAP overlap size (bp) : 12,679,720 => 6,339,860

    - CEU row & KOR-HAP overlap size (bp) : 6,486,626 => 3,243,313

    - CHB+JPT row & KOR-HAP overlap size percent : 78.91% => 39.46%

    - CEU row & KOR-HAP overlap size percent : 40.37% => 20.18%

    Please, also note that the numbers '23-79%' in the section 'comparison by ethnicity' should be changed into '20-45%' according to the changes in the Table 3.
