(b) d _intra of the 108 pairs of shared full-length elements. In 90% of them, the ages are greater than 0.017 (0.65 MY). That two distributions separate at d _intra = (0.014, 0.017) indicates that the two genomes diverged between 0.54 and 0.65 MYA.
