The data used to generate the schematic diagram of the genome-wide chromosome organization was obtained from Phytozome and SoyKB genome browsers. Tandem and block duplications are marked with bold green and red boxes, respectively. Homologues were connected by orange (non-clustered genes) and light green (clustered genes) lines.
