Selection pressure analysis of class IB LBD genes. Phylogenetic tree is constructed by maximum likelihood method. Genes of bryophytes, lycophytes, gymnosperms and angiosperms are indicated by red, green, blue and black color, respectively. Differences in selection pressure are modeled by specifying different ω ratios for ancestral lineages and seed plant-specific lineages.
