SBS zebrafish have widespread increased systemic gene expression compared to sham. a–d Heat-maps of RNA-seq analysis show the differences in gene expression between the SBS and sham zebrafish broken down into bile acid regulation, nitric oxide reactive species production, cellular barrier and coagulation.
