One example of a potential HGT. We aligned the homology sequences of one HGT fragments (range = chr11:71072901–71074379) and constructed the phylogenetic tree. We compared the phylogenetic tree we constructed using homology sequences with the species phylogenetic tree and highlighted the difference between two phylogenetic trees. The red edges represent the origin species of this HGT fragments. The blue edges represent the target species to which this HT sequence transferred. The red arrows show the horizontal transfer process between two species
