(B)Index of proliferation in the external granule cell layer of the cerebellum shows a significant 32.6% decrease in Ts1Cje mice as compared to euploids at P0 (***p < 0.001; t-test). Index of proliferation corresponds to the number of Ki67 positive cells divided by the total number of cells as determined using Cresyl violet counterstaining. n = 4 for each condition.
