The gaps in the internal parts of the repetitive domain are not definitely addressed. Asterisks at the bottom of alignment indicate the positions of cysteine. The numbers at the end indicate the number of cysteine residues in each sequence. AJ937838a, AF234646a, FJ006638a, FJ006721a, FJ006633a, AJ416336a, M16064a, FJ006687a and FJ006644a are representatives of the patterns P1 to P9, respectively (Table 5).
