Two tRNA-GlyCCC genes displayed in the canonical tRNA cloverleaf secondary structure. The upper and lower structures correspond to GlyCCC-1 and GlyCCC-2 respectively. Differences in nucleotides between the two tRNA molecules are highlighted with rectangles. Prediction of the secondary structure was done using tools available Genomic tRNA database website [26].
