In (a), ratios of the 1207 peptides concomitantly quantified two different infection methods is shown. In (b), twenty-five proteins quantified with a minimum of 95% confidence are shown. All values are shown in natural log scale, relative to the control hemolymph (PL-Scale, x-axis, PL-Lab, y-axis).
