  1. Mean number of putative GATA3 binding sites in the promoter sequences (-750, +250) of the 30 most induced and 30 most repressed genes in shGATA3 cells. The mean number of putative GATA3 binding sites is indicated. As a control, a random sample of 50 non-responding genes was also analyzed.
