(A) Analysis of the whole population by histological grade (HG1 (blue), HG2 (gray) and HG3 (red)). (B) Analysis of the whole population by gene expression grade index (GGI) (GGI low = blue and GGI high = red). (C) Analysis of the whole population by qRT-PCR grading: PCR-GGI low = blue and PCR-GGI high = red. Difference in relapse-free survival between two groups is summarized by the hazard ration (HR) for recurrence with its 95% CI. All statistical tests were two-sided.
