Expression profiles of 44 miRNAs including all new miRNAs in multiple tissues by PCR approach. Amplicons were analyzed on 2% agarose gel. 5S rRNAs and U6 RNA were used as a loading control. Relative band intensity was categorized into four groups like '+++' for Strong signal, '++' for Medium signal, '+' for Weak signal or smear like product and '-' for not detected by comparing the expression signal of each miRNA to the expression level of 5S rRNA and U6 RNA. ^a: Ovarian cortex with no visible corpus luteum, ^b: Ovary from fetus at about 5^th month of pregnancy, ^c: Mature corpus luteum from the same Ovary.
