XTHs stands for xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolases, GHs for glycoside hydrolases, AGPs for arabinogalactan proteins, LEAs for late embryogenesis abundant, GASAs for gibberellic acid-stimulated Arabidopsis proteins, and expressed proteins for proteins with unknown function.
