Several glycolytic enzymes and TCA-related enzymes were down- and up-regulated, respectively, in scNT-MUC relative to control. B) Analysis of the mRNA and protein expression levels of cell motility-related proteins in scNT-MUC relative to control umbilical cords. Real-time RT-PCR and 2-DE analyses were independently performed in triplicate for different samples and the data were expressed as the mean value of gene and protein expression measured in individual control and scNT-MUC. *p < 0.01; **p < 0.001.
