From: An Ac/Ds-mediated gene trap system for functional genomics in barley
Representative DNA gel blot analysis of F 2 plants derived from five independent crosses. Genomic DNA of three to five F2 siblings from lines GT49, GT54, GT66, GT80 and GT82 (a) and of 21 F2 siblings from line GT80 (b), as well as DNA of the GTDs B parental lines (31d/B and 11/1) and Golden Promise wild type (GP) were digested with Bgl II and blots were hybridized to a GUS probe. The numbers above each panel announce the individual plant identification, e.g. GT49/1 in lane 4 (a). The numbers on the left side of each panel indicate the positions of size markers (M) in kb.
