A GC skew pattern very similar to that of X. axonopodis pv. vesicatoria strain 85-10 was observed for X. campestris pv. campestris strain ATCC 33913 and X. axonopodis pv. citri strain 306 (data not shown). A GC skew pattern very similar to that of S. maltophilia strain R551-3 was observed for S. maltophilia strain K279a (data not shown).
