  1. A separate Blastn analysis of all sequences against the Arabidopsis microRNAs database has been performed to add to the list of identified miRNAs first generated by the global Blastn analysis. Shorter sequences as well as sequences showing 2 mismatches have been included. This resulted in the detection of 32 different miRNAs or miRNAs* in Col-0 mature pollen.
