Regulatory relationships identified in the learned tree are represented as edges in the network, with interactions shown in either red (for up-regulation) or green (for down-regulation) acting on a target gene; edges shown in black are between two non-target genes and indicate that there may be a regulatory relationship or interaction between these genes but the nature of this relationship is not inferable from the component trees.
