The plots shown here are for the following protein-coding genes: COI, CYTB, ND4, ND6, COII+ATP8+ATP6. Branch lengths were estimated using ML under the GTR+I+Γ model and 1st, 2nd and 3rd codons weighted 2, 1 and 5, respectively.
