The tRNA genes are indicated by the one-letter amino acid code (fM = initiator methionine) followed by the anticodon. Introns are show with an asterisk (*), the trans-spliced gene rps12 is shown with two asterisks (**) and the pseudogene trnPGGG is shown with a Psi (Ψ). Horizontal red lines along the genome indicate polymorphic nucleotides.
